I have been a member of the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ) since 2017. Thus, I can build on more than five years of experience as a freelance translator for English and Spanish. Through my association membership and the development of a professional network, I can offer you competent solutions for your translation requests. I look forward to assisting you as a translator.
Departments
I will be happy to put my many years of experience in translating a wide range of specialist texts from English and Spanish into German and from German into English to work for you. In my work for various research institutions such as the Helmholtz Center for Environmental Research and the German Biomass Research Center, I have gained expertise in scientific as well as corporate law topics. I have also worked in marketing for various companies on topics such as luxury watches and outdoor and expedition equipment and have worked on translations for politics, medicine, pharmacy, culture and tourism.
Quick familiarization with a wide range of specialist areas, researching the adecuate terminology and using an appropriate style are key qualifications for translators and interpreters. Generally sworn translator
Sworn translators swear an oath before a regional court or a higher regional court. I did that in 2018 before the Dresden Higher Regional Court and swore to translate and interpret faithfully and conscientiously and to maintain confidentiality towards third parties. Thus, in combination with my previous studies, I have acquired the necessary qualifications to translate your official certificates, contracts and other documents from English into German or from German into English. After the translation, I provide them with a certification note and a stamp so that they are also recognized in international legal transactions in combination with the original by offices, courts and authorities.
